Insite Retreats offer you a getaway from your day to day stress with the goal of increasing your functioning and being better able to focus on what matters to you. Retreats are run in beautiful surroundings and are all inclusive. You will work with the Retreat leader, Cameron Brown, to address your own personal plan to move forward in life and meet the goals that are important to you.
Mental health and stress retreats focus on strategies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Existential Therapy to build a personalised plan for you to work from. You will receive materials to continue meeting your goals in addition to clinical follow up. These retreats are aimed at any person who feels that stress has taken a large part in their life.
